Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary company of the Gujarat Electricity Board (GEB) at Sikka Dist. Jamnagar, Gujarat (India) invites bids for supply of total quantity of 12.5 MnT of Non-Coking Coal (Imported) in bulk for a period of five years to GSECL on CIF basis/HSS (Highseas Sales) basis and inland handling and transportation for delivery at the Power Station GSECL at Sikka, Jamnagar, Gujarat

- Gross Calorific Value GCV (AR): 5300-5800 Kcal/Kg
- Total Moisture: 10-12%
- Ash: Max 5-12%
- Fixed Carbon: 30-50%
General Conditions:
- The Contract shall be awarded with the stipulation that two separate contracts shall be awarded to the successful bidder viz the contract for Supply of Coal and Contract for Inland Handling of Coal. The terms and conditions of this tender document (including General Conditions of Contract) shall be applicable to both contracts, unless expressly specified in the contract. The bidders shall be deemed to have agreed and acknowledged that they shall be jointly and severally liable for the performance of the obligations under both Contracts.
- The delivery schedule for the first vessel shall commence after 30 (thirty) days from the date of the Letter of Intent, or such later date as advised by Purchaser.
