100,000 t of South African coal to arrive at Indian ports by next week

Vessels carrying 100,000 t of South African coal are set to arrive at Indian ports between 27 Sep-2 Oct’22, CoalMint vessel line up data showed. Vessel arrival from the country has declined drastically amid elevated global prices. There is very limited stock of RB2 (5500 NAR) coal in the market, while prices of RB3 (4800 NAR) are in the range of INR 13,500-14,000/t at Vizag Port, traders informed.
