India: Vizag Steel floats 30,000 t billet export tender for spot sale
Vizag Steel – an Indian state-owned steel maker, has floated a spot sale tender for the export of 30,000 t billets (150x150mm, 3SP/4SP). It is floated against 100% advance payment terms for end-Mar ’21 shipments. Global billet export offers have moved up after the CNY holidays & price rally in global scrap.
