Karnataka: 80,000 t iron ore fines booked at Vedanta’s auction, prices stable

Vedanta conducted an auction on 29 Oct’22 for the sale of 80,000 t of iron ore fines (Fe57.5%) from A. Narrain mines in Karnataka’s Chitradurga district. According to market sources, the entire quantity of 80,000 t of fines was booked at the base price of INR 1,325/t. Prices exclude royalty, DMF, and NMET.
