Shanghai-based Graphite electrode (GE) manufacturer Fangda Carbon New Material Company Ltd (Fangda Carbon) plans to build 50,000 tonnes of Ultra High Power (UHP) grade GE plant in Ganmei Industrial Zone, Meishan in Sichuan province.
