China: TISCO raises LC ferro chrome purchase prices for Feb’23

Chinese stainless-steel major, Taiyuan Iron and Steel Corporation (TISCO), has raised low carbon (LC) ferro chrome (Cr:60%, C:0.25%) purchase prices by RMB 800/t ($118/t) m-o-m to RMB 15,700/t ($2,325/t) for Feb’23. Prices are delivered to plant and include taxes. The company increased purchase prices considering high raw material costs and the supply-demand mismatch.
