South Korea: Leading mills cut scrap procurement prices by $7/t

SteelDaily: Major South Korean steel mills, including Daehan Steel, YK Steel, and the off-site yards of POSCO’s Gwangyang and Pohang Steelworks, reduced procurement prices of all grades of ferrous scrap by KRW 10,000/t ($7/t). These price revisions will take effect from 11 Nov’24.
