    Southeast Asian imported billet prices remained steady w-o-w amid weak demand for finished steel. As per BigMint’s bi-weekly assessment, billets (150 x 150 mm, 3SP) imported by the Philippines stood at $475/t CFR Manila on 22 Nov, stable w-o-w. Meanwhile, Vietnam’s BF-grade billet exports remained unchanged w-o-w at $465/t FOB on 22 Nov.
