India: SAIL to benefit from revision in iron ore royalty rate structure
Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) has recently stated in its investor call that the highest rate of iron ore lumps will not be applicable for fines, as per a new notification issued by the government of India. The new royalty structure became effective in April’22 and had a one-time impact on Q2 FY’23 expenditure.
