India: Bids improve in SAIL’s Burnpur pig iron auction
Govt owned steel mill – SAIL conducted an auction for 2,000 t (by rake) basic grade pig iron today from its IISCO Steel Plant, Burnpur. The entire material was booked at INR 30,850/t exw, sources reported to SteelMint. The auction conducted on 09th Feb fetched bids at around INR 30,500/t exw.
