    Steel billet prices in China’s Tangshan increased by RMB 10/t ($1/t) d-o-d to RMB 2,980/t ($409/t), including 13% VAT, on 25 Apr’25. The rise in billet prices was backed by stable futures and falling inventories. Meanwhile, raw material prices softened. SHFE rebar futures (Oct’25) remained largely stable d-o-d at 3,101/t ($426/t) on 25 Apr.
