    Chinese mills have increased HRCs (SS400) offers by $15/t w-o-w. Current offers stand at $665/t CFR Karachi. Steel demand in Pakistan continued to remain slow. Further, it is difficult to open the LCs. Japanese or South Korean mills are not offering in Pakistan and are exploring better export opportunities, informed reliable sources.
