SteelMint’s assessment for imported HRC offers from China has dropped around $10/t to $580-600/t CFR Pakistan post the Golden Week holidays (1-7 Oct’22). Pre-holiday price levels stood at around $595-600/t CFR. “Seasonal concerns alongside political instability and inflationary pressures continue to weigh on buying interest,” informed sources.
