NMDC, India’s single largest iron ore miner has produced 25.04 MnT in this fiscal by Feb’16. Iron ore sales amounted to a total of 25.86 MnT in the same period. Out of the total production, 14.55 MnT iron ore was produced from its Chhattisgarh Bailadila mines and 10.49 MnT was produced from its mines in Karnataka (Donimalai and Kumaraswamy).
