India: Stainless steel imported and domestic scrap prices inch up w-o-w

India’s stainless steel scrap prices inched up slightly w-o-w despite a decline in LME nickel tags. LME nickel prices stood at $15,370/t, dropping by 1% w-o-w. Domestic 304-grade scrap prices stood at INR 114,000/t ($1,332/t) ex-Delhi, up INR 500/t w-o-w, while imported material of the same grade stood at $1,320/t CFR Mundra.
