India: MCL extends supply cuts to non-power sector for 8th consecutive month
Mahanadi Coalfields Ltd. (MCL) has decided to continue with curtailing coal supplies to the non-power sector for the eight straight month in Sep’22. The miner informed that coal allotment to the non-power sector under fuel supply agreements would remain at trigger level indicating that consumers availing this facility would receive coal at minimum commitment.
