South African RB2 portside offers have risen to INR 6,400/t ex-Gangavaram, INR 6,800/t ex-Krishnapatnam, INR 6,600/t ex-Mangalore and INR 6,400/t ex-Paradip. The index has risen to $94/t, prompting buyers to procure before further rise. However, major traders are holding on to their stock in anticipation of a further price rise amid material shortage at ports.
