State-owned, MSTC-Karnataka, conducted the manganese ore e-auction on behalf of Sandur Mines (SMIORE) on 01 Dec 2020. Out of the 14,616t offered 13,608t was booked at approximately 6.22% higher than the total floor value. The auctions could not fetch higher prices, as imported ore is available at cheaper prices, which restricted interest in the auctions.
