India: SAIL-Bhilai to auction around 2,000 t of crude coal tar

SAIL-Bhilai Steel Plant is set to auction 1,997 t of crude coal tar on 26 Aug’25. In the previous auction held on 11 Aug’25, 1,497 t were sold at a weighted average price of INR 38,000/t. This marks a decline of INR 2,270/t from the previous auction, reflecting downward pressure on prices.
