Indonesia: Ferrous scrap imports down by 7% m-o-m in Apr’24
In Apr’24, Indonesia’s ferrous scrap imports dropped by 7% from 60,133 t in Mar’24 to 55,830 t Apr’24. On a y-o-y basis, import volumes declined by 29% from 78,173 t in Apr’23. Australia, Hong Kong, and Singapore were the top exporters in Apr’24 with 20,707 t,18,208 t, and 8,874 t respectively.
