Thermal coal RB2 (5500 kcal/kg) grade portside coal prices at Indian ports have risen this week amid increase in API index. Offers at Gangavaram port are assessed at INR 4800/t, Krishnapatnam port at INR 4,700-4,800/t, Paradip port at INR 5,000-5,100/t, and Haldia port at 5,500/t. Prices are exclusive of cess and GST.
