India: Stainless steel scrap prices remain range-bound

India’s stainless steel scrap market saw prices remaining stable due to ample raw materials supply amid limited demand. BigMint’s 304-grade scrap price stood at INR 114,000/t ($1,373/t) and 316-grade at INR 200,000/t ($2,409/t) ex-Delhi. In contrast, imported 304 prices are assessed at $1,340/t while 316-grade scrap is at $2,523/t CFR Mundra.
