India: Met coke exports fall by over 50%, m-o-m, in April

India exported 41,800 t of met coke in Apr’22, down 53% m-o-m and 43% y-o-y. The reason for the decline in exports is increased competition from cheaper Chinese coke in the export market. However, between 1-9 May, India exported 49,500 t of met coke to Brazil and Turkey.
