HR strip (patra) prices dropped by INR 200/t ($2/t) d-o-d in Raipur. Meanwhile, prices inched up by INR 100/t ($1/t) in Mandi Gobindgarh today. Current base grade patra (148-200mm, 2mm thick) prices stand at INR 49,800/t ($600/t) exw-Raipur and INR 50,900/t ($614/t) exw-Mandi. Prices are excluding GST at 18%.
