SAIL conducted an auction for 3,200 t (60 kg and 52 kg, full length) of commercial rails on 10 Apr’24 from Bhilai Steel Plant (BSP). Around 2,750 t of 60-kg rail out of 3,000 t was booked at an average price of INR 41,200/t exw. Bids fell by INR 300/t from 20 March auction. 100…
