Turkish-imported ferrous scrap prices from Northern Europe (Denmark) dropped in a recent deal. A steel mill in the Aegean region secured a Danish-origin cargo consisting of HMS (85:15) at $421/t for mid-March shipment on a CFR Turkiye basis. As per market insiders, Turkish mills are struggling to sell rebars, affecting their ability to procure scrap.
