Govt owned steel mill – SAIL conducted an auction for 2,000 t basic grade pig iron today from IISCO, Burnpur. Entire material was booked at INR 30,600/t exw, sources reported to SteelMint. Bids increased by INR 600/t ($8) compared to the previous auction conducted on 19 Nov ’20.
