Global aluminium production increases over 3% m-o-m in Dec’24: IAI

According to the latest data from the International Aluminium Institute (IAI), global aluminium production totalled 6.23 mnt in Dec’24, up 3.3% from 6.03 mnt in Nov’24 and 3% from 6.05 mnt in Dec’23. Notably, China’s output stood at 3.72 mnt, up 3% from the previous month.
