China: HBIS’s ferro silicon tender price falls, quantity rises in July

Major Chinese steelmaker HBIS Group closed the tender for ferro silicon (72%) at RMB 8,200/t ($1,223/t), down RMB 1,400/t ($209/t) from the June’22 price. However, the purchasing volumes increased by 161 t m-o-m to 2,260 t for July delivery, sources informed.
