India: Balco, Hindalco reduces aluminium ingot (P1020) prices by INR 2,250/t ($27/t)

India’s primary producers have decreased aluminium ingot (P1020, 99.7%) prices by INR 2,250/t ($27/t) today in comparision with 11 Jul’24. Balco’s prices are at INR 239,000/t ($2,859/t) and Hindalco’s at INR 237,750/t ($2,844/t). All prices are ex-works and exclude GST. At the time of reporting, aluminium futures on LME stood at $2,452/t.
