India: ECL to auction over 250,000 t of non-coking coal

Eastern Coalfields Limited (ECL) has planned an e-auction on 14 Feb’25 for 277,000 t of non-coking coal. The auction will include coal grades G4, G5, and G6. According to BigMint’s assessment, domestic coal prices are at INR 5,000/t for 4500 GCV and INR 5,950/t for 5000 GCV, ex-Bilaspur.
