Colombia’s coking coal exports surged by 217% m-o-m to 0.19 mnt in Sep’22, as per Customs data. The rise in shipments was due to increased demand from European countries due to sanctions on Russian imports. Around 60% of shipments were sent to Brazil and Turkey.
