India: SECL finalises tender for Kalyani under sales of abandoned coal mines scheme

South Eastern Coalfields Ltd (SECL), has successfully carried out tender process for sale of Kalyani underground coal project under the abandoned mines scheme. The mining contract has been awarded for 21 years at a revenue share of 4.5% to Sarda Energy and Minerals. The extractable reserve of the mine is around 3 mnt.
