    Chinese steel mills have resumed their HRC export offers for Pakistan after the National day holidays. HRC (2mm, SAE1006) offers are at around $525-530/t CFR basis for Dec shipments. However most of the importers have already made their bookings for Nov and mid-Dec shipments earlier at lower prices, SteelMint learned from its credible sources.
