China’s Shanxi Jianlong cuts met coke purchasing price

Chinese steelmaker Shanxi Jianlong Steel Co., Ltd. has announced a reduction to its metallurgical coke procurement prices by RMB 50/t ($7.14/t) effective from 28 Jul’20. The company cited higher production costs due to costly raw materials to explain its price cut.
