Chinese mills resume HRC export offers to Pakistan at discounted prices

Chinese steel mills have resumed their HRC export offers for Pakistan on discounted prices over drop in the futures. Mills are offering HRC (2mm, SS400) position cargoes at around $535-540/t CFR basis for Nov’20 shipments. Notably, Chinese origin cargo has a duty advantage of 5% over other origins on a preferential trade agreement.
