The billet prices in the Tangshan market (northeast China) continue to remain stable. The billet transactions were moderate, while finished steel prices inched up. The prices of commonly traded Q235 billet 150mm diameter were reported at RMB 3,810/t ($588/t) in Tangshan, including 13 % VAT.
