Chinese domestic billet prices witness a rise of RMB 20 ($3)

Today, the billet prices in the Tangshan market (northeast China) witnessed a rise of RMB 20. The billet transactions were moderate, while finished steel prices continue to pose an upward trend. The prices of commonly traded Q235 billet 150mm diameter were reported at RMB 3,480/t ($525/t) in Tangshan, inclusive of 13 % VAT.
