    Steel billet prices in China’s Tangshan rose by RMB 50/t ($8/t) on 22 Nov’21. Prices stood at RMB 4,250/t ($666/t), inclusive of 13% VAT. According to data maintained with SteelMint, China’s re-bar futures contract for Jan’22 delivery closed today at RMB 4,300/t ($674/t), up RMB 15/t ($2/t) against the closing on 19 Oct.
