Chinese domestic billet prices continue falling
Today the billet prices in the Tangshan market (northeast China) saw a further drop of RMB 30 ($4.6) against yesterday. The billet transactions were moderate, while finished steel prices witnessed stable. The prices of commonly traded Q235 billet 150mm diameter were reported at RMB 3,740/t ($573/t) in Tangshan, including 13 % VAT.
