China’s HRC prices rose by RMB 60/t ($9/t) and CRC prices by RMB 50/t ($7/t) on 8 Aug’22. According to SteelMint data, SHFE HRC futures for Oct’22 delivery settled today at RMB 4,066/t ($601/t), up by RMB 76/t ($11/t) from the previous closing on 5 August.
