China: Spot iron ore prices hit a 10-month low ahead of holiday

Iron ore (Fe 62%) fines spot prices dipped by $3/t d-o-d to $99.25/t CFR China on 3 Apr’24. The prices dropped to ten-month low before China closing for the Qingming festival on 4-6 April. The demand for finished steel in the construction sector is still quite sluggish before the market moved for a long weekend.
