China: ROM iron ore production falls over 10% y-o-y in Oct’22

China, the world’s largest iron ore consumer, has recorded run of mine (ROM) production at 72.68 mnt in Oct’22, down by 10.7% y-o-y, according to data from the National Bureau of Statistics. In the Jan-Oct’22 period, run of mine (ROM) iron ore output was recorded at 809.87 mnt, largely stable y-o-y.
