Chinese steel exports decline by 18% during Jan-Jul’20
Steel exports from China have come down by 18% y-o-y to 32.88 mn t during Jan-Jul’20, as per data released by customs. Robust demand and higher steel prices in domestic market kept exports low. In Jul’20, China exported 4.18 mn t steel.
