Billet prices in Tangshan inched down by RMB 40/t ($6/t) d-o-d to RMB 3,610/t ($508/t) on 30 Jan’24 against 29 Jan. Prices include 13% VAT. Decline in rebar futures have weighed on billet prices. SHFE rebar futures (May’24 delivery) have decreased by RMB 55/t ($8/t) d-o-d to RMB 3,913/t ($551/t) on 30 Jan.
