Chinese coal imports fall 3.2% m-o-m in July

China’s coal and lignite imports contracted by 3.2% m-o-m to 26.10 mn t in Jul’20, according to the country’s latest customs data. On a year-to-date basis, China imported ~200 mn t of coal during Jan-Jul’20, up 6.8% from the corresponding period last year.
