India’s SAIL to auction 25,500 t commercial rails from Bhilai Steel Plant

Steel Authority of India (SAIL) has scheduled an auction on 23 Feb ’21 for 25,500 t (52 & 60 kg-full length) commercial rails from its Bhilai Steel Plant, Chhattisgarh. The previous auction conducted on 12th Feb for 25,000 t, buyers booked 18,000 t at a weighted average price of INR 28,650/t exw.
