India: 10,000 t of iron ore tailings sold at BRPL’s Odisha auction

Brahmani River Pellets Ltd (BRPL) had scheduled an auction for the sale of 300,000 t of iron ore tailings (Fe53-55%) from Odisha’s Bhubaneswar district on 24 Nov’22. According to sources, only 10,000 t were sold at the base price of INR 450/WMT, on loaded into truck basis. Prices are inclusive of royalty.
