Bangladesh’s non-coking coal imports stood at 0.78 mnt in Jun’25, registering a steep 48.8% fall from 1.53 mnt in May’25. On a y-o-y basis, imports were nearly flat, down just 0.03% from Jun’24. Indonesia remained the sole supplier, fulfilling 100% of Bangladesh’s import requirement for the month.
