Bangladesh: Imported scrap prices rise in recent deals; further hike likely

Containerised scrap prices in Bangladesh have risen further, sources informed SteelMint. In recent deals, a total of 3,000 t of UK-origin shredded scrap and PNS material were booked at $640/t CFR, HMS at $600/t CFR Bangladesh, respectively. Sources expect offers to rise further on limited offers seen from suppliers.
